Brian Meehan and Ivor Loftus are the business partners of Brian Ivor Roofing Ltd. Brian and Ivor are both carpenters with almost 30 years’ experience respectively. They came together in 2017 to establish BrianIvor Roofing Ltd. with their company office located in Annaghdown, Co. Galway.
Since forming the company, they have built up a sizeable client base, particularly in Co. Mayo and Co. Galway. BrianIvor Roofing Ltd. has developed a niche market in flat roofing and have carried out sub-contracts for some of the leading contractors in the West of Ireland providing high end roofing solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
Through the years of work experience Brian and Ivor identified the requirement for a superior quality leak proof “rooflight”. Existing rooflights on many projects were inferior in quality with many the subject of leak damage into buildings. Using their experience and skills, they designed the concept for a new, high quality flat roof light that is guaranteed. Brian & Ivor install rooflight solutions in close collaboration with home owners, builders, engineers, quantity surveyors and architects.
